Biography

I was born in 1975, in Niihama, Ehime, Japan. In 1980, I moved with my family to Hamburg, West Germany, where I spent my childhood. After five valuable years in Hamburg, we returned to Higashihiroshima, Hiroshima, Japan.

I received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in information and computer sciences from Osaka University, Osaka, Japan, in 1998, 2000, and 2004, respectively. I am currently a Professor with the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at Osaka University.

I am a member of the IEEE, ACM, IEICE, and IPSJ.
